I) The  reservation  becomes  effective  after  a  deposit  of  100  €  has  been  transferred  and  the  customer  has  received  our  confirmation.  The  balance  is  payable  on  the  day  of  arrival.
II) In  case  of  a  late  arrival  or  an  early  departure,  the  rental  fee  for  the  entire  reservation  period  will  be  due.  In  the  high  season,  the  rental  period  is  from  Saturday  to  Saturday.  Departures  are  required  to  be  before  10am.  Guests  should  arrive  after  3pm.
III) The  customer  commits  to  use  the  chalet  and  its  entire  equipment  (electrical  equipment,  kitchenware,  furniture,  etc.)  with  care.  The  owner  commits  to  hand  over  the  chalet  in  a  clean  and  fully  operational  condition  to  the  customer.  A  check  and  an  inventory  will  be  done  together  before  handing  over  the  key  on  arrival  and  departure.
IV) When  leaving,  the  customer  commits  to  give  back  the  chalet  as  clean  as  found  before.  A  200  €  deposit  will  be  required  on  arrival  and  returned  on  departure  if  no  damage  is  recorded.  If  required,  the  amount  of  the  deposit  will  be  reduced  by  any  restoring  costs.
V) In  case  of  a  late  cancellation  after  4  weeks  before  the  planned  arrival  date,  and  if  the  owner’s  responsibility  is  not  involved,  the  rent  will  be  due  for  the  entire  reservation  period.
VI) The  customer  commits  to  respect  the  rules  of  the  campsite.  Pets  are  allowed  provided  their  vaccinations  are  up  to  date,  and  dogs  must  be  kept  on  a  leash.
VII) A  civil  liability  insurance  is  compulsory.
